A: You'll initially receive up to 80% of your commission. When we receive the closing proceeds, you'll get the balance less a small discount for our services.

Q: What does this service cost?
A: You pay nothing up front. Your cost is called a “discount” and is paid from settlement. Commission Express discounts the commission from 8% to 10% on 30 to 90-day settlements.
